Our Lady appeared 4 times to St. Juan and once to his uncle. The name also refers to the Marian apparition and Our Lady holds a special place in Mexico, in fact the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City, happens to be the most visited Catholic shrine in the world and is the 3rd most visited sacred site in the world.
